The Karersee lake, known as the most beautiful mountain lake in all of the Alps, is especially famous for its gentle, deep-green water and the gorgeous mountain backdrop of the Rosengarten massif and the Latemar range in the background.
The faces of the Rosengarten massif and Latemar range as well as the green of the Karerforst forest are reflected in the crystal clear water of the lake.
